Below is our weekly Workout Schedule Please check via message board to make sure people will be attending All group workouts encouraged.  There is plenty of room for many workouts on each given day. Please email us to add workout. We want to promote any workout that others are invited to. Regular rides, track workouts, swim workouts. It's nice to be able to find these group sessions, but you have to be consistent, same time and place each week. Very important! Or be able to have someone substitute or spread the word via email.  Must be willing to be the contact person and help organize the workouts.
