sometimes at 8am.
Training
Runs--Almost Winter Schedule
Sundays--8am
(Note that the
20-milers, when scheduled, will start at 7am.
Also, the times will remain 8am (and 7am for 20-milers)
year-round.)
Weekday runs will resume in the Spring.
Track workouts will begin soon on Thursdays at the
Brookdale Community College gym. Check back for details.
